CI Job: JH 同步 Upstream 代码

GitLab 上游仓库（即：Upstream repo）的 master 分支 通过 pull mirroring 实时镜像到了 JH repo 的 master 分支。 JH repo 的 master 分支 被 自动定时同步 到了它的默认分支 main-jh，这样极狐GitLab 就有了 GitLab CE/EE 的所有最新代码。

在进行 自动定时同步 时，通过 code-sync project 从以下项目的 master 分支 merge 进项目的 main-jh 分支:

GitLab chart every 5 hours
cng-images every 4 hours
omnibus-gitlab every 4 hours
runner every 5 hours

以下是 同步脚本 ，每个项目会有一个 job 进行同步，通过 extends .sync job 和自定义的变量完成代码合并:

另外因为极狐GitLab 项目需要生成极狐自己的 Gemfile，所以相比其他的 project 有额外的动作。 bundle_install_script 会把 Upstream 中的 Gemfile 和 jh/Gemfile.jh 合并，然后再进行 bundle install，确保 jh/Gemfile 包含所有 Upstream 的 gem:
